"Wonderland Revisited and the Games Alice Played There" is being published simultaneously in the UK, USA and Eire. It is available from Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com or any good bookshop. Local bookshops (Bookends in Wokingham, Chapter One in Woodley and Waterstones in Reading) have all promised to have stock from 1st November 2009.
